Tommy's Side:
It was a September evening in 2017 when I first saw Rachel at my restaurant. She glowed with a warmth that instantly caught my eye. As I took their order, I felt an undeniable connection, but when I returned, the table was empty—my chance seemingly gone. Then, I spotted a note on the receipt: “We had a wonderful time”—along with her number. That night, we met in Times Square, ran hand-in-hand through the city, and danced the night away. But Rachel lived in Las Vegas—was this just a fleeting moment?
Rachel’s Side:
A spontaneous trip to NYC led me to 5Napkin, where a charming waiter immediately captivated me. His kindness and confidence made my heart race, and I nervously left my number on the receipt. To my delight, he texted. That night, we laughed, explored, and made a memory I thought would end there. As I left the city, I yelled a dramatic “BYEEEEE THOMASSS!!!” across the street—never realizing our story was only beginning.
Love Across Distance
Though miles apart, we never stopped talking. Late-night conversations turned into something deeper—shared dreams, unwavering support, and the kind of connection that felt effortless.
When Tommy flew to Las Vegas, we were nervous. But from the moment he arrived, everything just fit. He was patient, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. When he left, I realized—I didn’t want him to be with anyone else. When he asked, “Will you be my girlfriend?” my heart already knew the answer.
For two years, we traveled back and forth, meeting each other’s families and growing closer with every visit. Then, in 2019, Tommy made the leap—moving to Las Vegas just before the world shut down. Through every challenge, our love only grew stronger.
The Proposal & Beyond
On December 2, 2023, surrounded by twinkling lights, Tommy pulled me close, whispered our love story, and dropped to one knee. Through happy tears, I said “Yes!”—marking the beginning of our next great adventure.

Can I request a room category different from what is being offered?
Yes, you may request a different room category. Please complete the reservation form and select "Other" as your preferred room category. In the comment box, specify your desired room category, and we’ll check availability and rates.
Will our group’s rooms be located next to each other?
The hotel will do their best to assign rooms next to each other for the group, but this is subject to availability and room categories. Let us know your preference on the comment box, and we’ll send your request.
Is it possible to change or add someone to my room after I’ve made my reservation?
Yes, you can add a person to your room after your reservation is made, Simply send us an email with your request.
Can I use a different credit card to make additional payments?
Yes, simply send us an email requesting a new credit card form.
Is it possible to make additional payments or set up an alternative payment plan?
Yes, you can make additional payments at any time. Simply send us an email with the amount you’d like to pay and let us know if you'd like to use the credit card we have on file for you.
I can’t attend the wedding and need to cancel my reservation. What should I do next?
First, please send us an email (it must be in writing) letting us know that you need to cancel your reservation. If you purchased travel insurance and need to cancel, you will be refunded according to the insurance guidelines once you submit your claim, but you will still be responsible for the $100 per person cancellation fee. If you did not purchase travel insurance, you may be responsible for additional fees, which could include the full amount of the room reservation. Cancelations after final payment are non refundable.
Is it necessary to purchase travel protection?
Travel protection is not required but highly recommended. If you wish to purchase it, please use the link at the top of this page.

When you submit the reservation form, it does not automatically confirm your reservation or charge your credit card. The information is sent to us for review. If we have any questions, we will contact you for verification. Once everything is confirmed, we will proceed with your reservation and send you a receipt showing the payment, along with another email containing your reservation details.
